1 One day coverage and two days editing included. Editing includes selections, colour grading/balancing and basic touch ups where necessary.
2 £500 per operator per day. Two operators required at all times.
3 Audience participation coverage is dependent on room size and audience size. In large venues, a portable microphone can be provided for attendees to pass around. Smaller venues may require strategically placed microphones; however, effectiveness cannot be guaranteed due to the unpredictable nature of who may speak, interactions between audience members, and the varying volume and direction of speech.
4 Coverage is dependent on the total number of breakout sessions, their duration, how many run concurrently, and whether any require additional technical setup (e.g., demos, screen recordings, or remote dial-ins). This is also subject to the availability of camera operators.
5 If the number of breakout sessions exceeds the number of available operators, additional camera operators can be booked at £500 per operator, per day to ensure full coverage.
Not included: Live streaming or live feeds, complex animations or motion graphics unless supplied.
Free travel in England and Wales.
